1) Gambas Al Ajilon

4) Fideua 

It is the most famous seafood dish from Barcelona. It consists of a small vermicelli-type noodle that’s where it gets its name from. For this recipe, you need to heat the virgin oil in the pan and add onions and pepper to it until translucent and tender. Side by side boil cuttlefish and shrimp. Add the fish to vegetables and saute noodles to it. Now add fish stock to it and cook them all until the liquid is all absorbed. Serve it and enjoy
