Freeze the brisket for around 8 to 10 hours. Then take it out and let it sit around for 2 hours at normal room temperature. Slice the brisket into 8 parts. Rub oil, salt, and pepper into the Brisket. Grill them for about 1 minute and then flip them and let them grill for 1 minute. Let it cool for a few minutes and serve it.
